Terms & Conditions – Ekam House

Welcome to Ekam House. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp or other platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Details

All products are handcrafted and made-to-order, which means slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but signs of artisanal work.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or availability of materials.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders take 3 to 4 weeks for production, followed by 4 to 5 business days for delivery within India.
International orders are handled only through WhatsApp, and timelines/shipping charges will be shared on request.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
To claim a defect or damage, a full unboxing video (from opening the sealed package) is mandatory.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Approved claims will be resolved with either an exchange or a credit note (no refunds).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media—including product designs, logos, images, and text—is the intellectual property of Ekam House and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.
We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. Ekam House does not store your payment information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ekam House shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (like courier issues, natural events, etc.), we will do our best to resolve the issue but cannot be held responsible.
